Yes, we own a secure SSL certificate through Thawte, a division of Verisign. Some older browsers are not compatible with this secure certificate, and if you are unsure of your web browser, click in the area below the shopping cart (after you have added a product to the cart) to check your browser's compatibility. All the sales area screens are secure, as is the contact us and any other email links.
We are sorry but for the time being we are not able to offer a paper catalog that we can mail to customers. The production cost is prohibitive at this time. We hope to at least offer a brochure of some kind within the coming year that we can mail to people with an assortment of our products featured.
Do we accept International Orders?
Yes, we can fill international orders to a majority of countries. Please be aware however, that you may be responsible for duties and import taxes on any items that are shipped to you by us. Orders to Canada, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico are essentially like shipping within the US, so regular shipping charges will usually apply for these countries. Shipping charges to other countries will be emailed to the customer once the order address and shipment method is received. Email us with any further questions regarding international orders.
Where is the information on how to do a castor oil pack?
This information is listed under the category of Edgar Cayce therapies, then click on Castor Oil packs and click on the "more info" and the instructions are listed there. If you enter castor oil in the search field, the castor oil products will come up, but the description will not show up there.
Where is the information and educational material for each of the main categories?
If you click on the main category you are searching for, i.e. Aromatherapy, Homeopathy, Crystal Healing, etc., a short description will come up and there will be an option called "more info", which will lead you to the expanded information and description for that category. This information is meant to assist your overall understanding of the vibrational way in which these therapies work, and it is not exhaustive by any means.
How do I view the products on your site?
Once you click on the category or area of products you are interested in, you can view the products available in two ways: either by text list view or by gallery view. The text list view is the fastest way to pull up the products, and it lists available items alphabetically, giving you the option to click on a detail view, which then provides you with a picture as well as the description for that item. The gallery view comes up with thumbnail pictures of the products and you can then click on the picture to bring up the larger view and the description for that product.
You can choose which view you want after clicking on the category and sub-category for the products you are looking at. Typically the list defaults to the text list view, although if you choose the gallery view, it will come up with that same view the next time you come to the site.
How do I order products on your site?
Our site has a shopping cart program which enables you to add and delete items, choose the method of shipping you prefer, and pay with either a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex), or by check or money order. Once you have pulled up the description of the item you wish to order, simply click on the "add to cart" and your order will begin.
How do I find the products I'm looking for on your site?
We have tried to place all our products in categories so that you don't have to look through everything to find what you are looking for. To find specific products that you are not sure what category they fit in, the best thing to do is a "search". The search feature is at the top right hand side of the frame and should pull up everything with the word you enter. This feature can be word-sensitive, so don't put in a plural word, i.e. angels for angel, or castor oil packs for castor oil; this way your search will have the ability to cover more area and bring up any possibilities that exist for your search. To use the category fields on the left side, simply click on the category you are interested in and a short information description will come up and below that you will see the sub-categories for that particular category. If there are no sub-categories, it will simply give you the choice to "view all".

AOL and Netscape Compatibility Problems
AOL users please note that if you have access to Internet Explorer, it works much better than the AOL browser to view our site. Once in AOL, just minimize your AOL screen and open up Internet Explorer and you can surf the web using this browser instead of AOL's browser - the pictures on our site show up much better and it seems to run faster. We have fixed most of the Netscape problems, however, people with older versions of Netscape may still experience some difficulties with putting sales through.
Do you sell your merchandise wholesale?
Yes, we do offer wholesale prices for some of the products and items that we sell, to qualified resale vendors. We are in the midst of creating a paper brochure and a wholesale web site section of the items that are available wholesale, and we hope to have this ready within the next few months. Please email us with your name, business name, mailing address, and resale tax # and information, and we will send you a brochure when they are ready.
